Called a couple places and their price was competitive, but I especially appreciated the thorough inspection and that they didn't do a hard sell and recommended spot treatment (which is all we needed). The treatment itself was fairly quick (about 3 hours) to treat the impacted spots, and the termite "gunk" has disappeared. They do annual inspections for 5 years, so hopefully those little buggers don't come back anytime soon, but we're at least covered for that amount of time. Highly recommend them.
